I was commissioned to do this 5ft.x30ft. wall art by Innovative Dining for their Sushi Roku reataurant on 3rd St. in Hollywood, CA. It is 7 panels that are routed 1/4" deep in the ghost image of a bonsai forets, then painted gray. Once the panels were mounted on the restaurant wall, I hammered thousands of nails into the panels. Once the nailing was complete, I proceeded to form the tree with leather cord, twine, yarn, wire, string and sinew to created the look of a tree in winter.
